PureDrama User Service Agreement

Dear User, thank you for choosing to use the PureDrama platform! Before you log in and use the various services provided by this platform, please be sure to carefully read this User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). If you do not agree to any clause in this Agreement, please do not use the platform's services; once you start using the platform's services, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, fully understood and voluntarily accepted the constraints of all clauses in this Agreement.

1. Account Registration and Management

1. When you need to use some specific functions of this platform, you must first complete account registration and log in. You promise that all information submitted during the account registration phase and all types of information updated to the account profile subsequently are true, accurate and complete, and you will update the relevant information in a timely manner according to the actual situation to ensure the validity of the information.

2. If you register and use the platform's services through a third-party account (such as a social media account, etc.), you shall be responsible for ensuring the stability and security of that third-party account. If you are unable to log in to this platform normally due to the invalidation of the third-party account (such as being banned, cancelled, etc.), you shall contact the company to which the third-party account belongs for resolution in a timely manner; the platform account is the only legal certificate for us to verify your user identity.

3. You have the right to apply for the cancellation of your platform account, but you should be aware that once the account is cancelled, you will permanently lose the right to access and use some service rights of this platform, and all information stored in the account (including but not limited to personal data, usage records, etc.) will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

4. If you have any behavior that violates any clause of this Agreement, we have the right to decide on our own to take measures such as banning, suspending the use of your account or terminating your account qualification according to the actual situation, and we do not need to obtain your consent in advance.

5. If you use false information to fraudulently register an account in another person's name, or the content of your account avatar, personal profile, etc. contains illegal, harmful or unethical information that violates public order and good customs, we will take measures including but not limited to banning the account and suspending the use of the account to maintain the normal order of the platform.

2. Eligibility for Service Use

The platform's services are only open to users who meet specific eligibility criteria. By agreeing to and accepting this Agreement, you are deemed to make the following representations and warranties to us:

1. You have reached the age of 18, have full capacity for civil conduct, and can independently bear the legal liabilities arising from the use of the platform's services;

2. Your act of registering a platform account and using the platform's services complies with the laws, administrative regulations and relevant policies of the People's Republic of China and the region where you are located, and does not violate any prohibitive provisions.

3. Fee Payment Rules

1. Some service functions of this platform may require you to pay the corresponding fees before you can use them. Before you pay any fees, we will clearly display the fee amount, fee items and relevant instructions, and you can check and confirm whether to accept the fee standard independently; please note that all paid fees, once collected, are non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or clearly agreed by both parties.

2. This platform has the right to independently determine the fee standards for various services based on factors such as market conditions and service costs, and may adjust the fee standards; after the fee standards are adjusted, they will be announced to users through platform announcements and other methods, and the new fee standards will take effect from the date of announcement (unless otherwise agreed).

3. You can subscribe to rights and interests through the subscription service provided by this platform, and the subscribed rights and interests are for your personal use only.

4. When you purchase services on this platform, you may need to pay the corresponding taxes and fees in accordance with the provisions of national and local tax laws and regulations. We will calculate the taxes and fees you should pay in accordance with the statutory tax rate based on the identity information, address information and other relevant materials you provide when purchasing services, and collect them together during the fee settlement.

4. Privacy Protection Provisions

1. In the process of using the platform's services, you are deemed to agree that we will collect, store, use, process, transmit, provide and otherwise handle your personal information (including but not limited to registration information, usage records, device information, etc.) in accordance with the provisions of the *PureDrama Privacy Policy*, and we will take reasonable security measures to protect the security of your personal information.

2. Protecting the security of your personal information is an important responsibility of ours. The PureDrama Privacy Policy details the specific scope, methods, purposes and protection measures of our handling of your personal information. It is recommended that you carefully read the privacy policy before using the platform's services to fully understand the relevant rights and obligations.

3. If you do not agree to any content in the *PureDrama Privacy Policy*, you should stop using all services of this platform immediately; otherwise, it will be deemed that you have agreed that we will handle your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

The intellectual property rights of all content on this platform (including but not limited to text, pictures, videos, audio, software, interface design, trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to us or the relevant right holders. Without the written permission of us or the relevant right holders, no unit or individual may arbitrarily use the above-mentioned content by means of copying, reprinting, disseminating, linking, embedding, providing online viewing, downloading, etc., or commit any act of infringing intellectual property rights; otherwise, the infringing party shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom (including but not limited to civil compensation, administrative liability, criminal liability, etc.).

6. Service Usage Specifications

1. You promise that when using the platform's services, you will strictly abide by national laws and regulations, administrative rules and the provisions of this Agreement, and will not use this platform to engage in any illegal, irregular, harmful activities or activities that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to disseminating illegal information, committing online fraud, infringing on others' privacy, stealing others' accounts, etc.); if your behavior causes losses to any third party, or causes us to face legal risks and bear legal liabilities, you shall bear all compensation liabilities and relevant consequences on your own.

2. You agree that in the process of using the platform's services, you will abide by the laws and regulations, social ethics and local cultural customs of the country or region where you are located, and will not commit any act that violates public order and good customs. If your behavior causes us to violate relevant laws and regulations, or involves us in political incidents, public opinion incidents, etc., we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of platform services to you according to the actual situation, and do not need to bear any compensation liability to you.

7. Provisions on Promotional Activities

This platform may carry out various promotional activities (including but not limited to discount offers, full-reduction activities, gift-giving activities, etc.) through official websites, APP clients and other channels. Such promotional activities may formulate special rules different from the clauses of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "promotional rules"). When you participate in any promotional activity, it shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by the promotional rules corresponding to that activity; if there is a conflict between the promotional rules and the clauses of this Agreement, the special rules of the promotional activity shall prevail; for matters not clearly stipulated in the promotional rules, the relevant clauses of this Agreement shall still apply.
